Back in training
I started slowly to train again last Sunday after two weeks off due to my surgery. The first couple of sessions were hard and I could definitely feel that I had lost some of my condition. My pulse were all over the place. I have gradually added more and more to the training load, and I managed to post 17 hours last week in the first week back. I am still feeling the impact from the surgery and especially my lower inner thighs are very sore. I will train between 14 and 18 hours this week, but it will depend on my body sensations. I don't want to train too much too early and by then picking up some stupid overload injury. I took an easy day yesterday as my legs felt poor, and hopefully it will have done my body some good.

I think if you remember to listen to your body the whole season you will have a great year..don't get too caught up in volume :)
